Popular Norfolk business awards double in size
18/10/2019 - South Norfolk Council

The 2020 Broadland & South Norfolk Business Awards, organised by South Norfolk Council and Broadland District Council, celebrate the excellence, innovation and best practice shown by businesses across the combined area.
From 14 October, all 12,500 businesses that have an operating base in Broadland and South Norfolk will be able to nominate themselves for an award in any of the ten categories to celebrate their outstanding work and success.
Residents will also get the chance to win £100 of shopping vouchers by nominating their favourite retailer. The Retailer of the Year award recognises high street businesses that have gone the extra mile.
South Norfolk Council Cabinet member, Lisa Neal said: “After the success of last year’s awards we are very excited to announce them for another year, and making the awards bigger and better than ever by welcoming nominations from all Broadland based businesses.
These awards showcase the two councils’ joint commitment to supporting business growth and excellence across the districts.”
Broadland District Council Portfolio Holder, Jo Copplestone added: “These awards are a chance for leading local businesses of any size, scale or sector to celebrate their achievements and success. We are looking forward to seeing the nominations from businesses and the public and learning more about the work of the thousands of thriving businesses and retailers in the two districts.”
